We are Weslia Echols and Willa Williams, co-founders of Trinity Financial Coaching. Before we were coaches, we were high-achieving, faith-driven women quietly wrestling with the same gap you are feeling right now — between how hard we had worked and what we actually had to show for it.
Trinity Financial Coaching was not born in a boardroom. It was born in church when Weslia was teaching a financial empowerment class, and Willa was her student. That Spirit-led encounter became a partnership and eventually, a calling.
When Willa retired at 55, having walked her own path to financial fulfillment, she stepped fully into that calling alongside Weslia. Together, we've been coaching women since 2011 toward the clarity, confidence, and fulfillment God designed for them.
This was never just our idea. It was God's idea.

Between us, we bring over four decades of financial expertise and hold Accredited Financial Counselor® (AFC®) credentials.

All of our financial coaches hold the AFC® (Accredited Financial Counselor) certification mark. An AFC is the only financial counseling designation that is nationally accredited – showing your commitment to upholding high standards, ethical practice, and continuing education.
This mark signifies that our financial coaches have met the rigorous and comprehensive educational, examination, experiential and ethical requirements to hold the AFC® designation certified by the Association for Financial Counseling, Planning and Education (AFCPE).
